We found this hidden gem in Warren, Michigan that needed a bit of TLC. After a kitchen upgrade and new coats of paint among many other upgrades, this home hit the market. Check out the before and after photos below!

We love challenges. I just wrapped up inspecting this home and agreed to buy it. Has some minor fire damage, the addition is sloping due to rotted floor joists, and it needs a new roof and complete interior rehab. This doesn’t deter our team. Challenge accepted!
